🌅 Day 1: Marrakech to Dades Valley via Ait Ben Haddou & Ouarzazate

Atlas Mountains & UNESCO Kasbah

Depart from Marrakech at 9:00 AM, heading towards the High Atlas Mountains. Traverse the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m) with breathtaking views. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village famous for its traditional Moroccan architecture and film roles. Explore the ksar and enjoy a traditional lunch. Continue to Ouarzazate to visit the Taourirt Kasbah and Atlas Film Studios. Drive to Dades Valley. Overnight in a riad.

🌅 Day 2: Dades Valley to Merzouga via Todra Gorge

Canyon hike & Sahara desert adventure

After breakfast, drive to the Todra Gorge – a spectacular canyon with towering rock walls (up to 300m high). Enjoy a short hike (30-45 min) through the narrowest part of the gorge. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue your journey to Merzouga. Upon arrival, embark on a camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Witness the mesmerizing sunset. Overnight in a Bedouin camp with dinner and music.

🌅 Day 3: Merzouga to Ouarzazate via Rissani and Alnif

Sunrise, souks & historic kasbahs

Wake up early for the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, visit Rissani (birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty) and explore its vibrant souk. Continue to Alnif, known for its fossil-rich landscapes. Arrive in Ouarzazate by evening and visit the Taourirt Kasbah. Overnight in Ouarzazate.

🌅 Day 4: Ouarzazate to Marrakech via Tizi n’Tichka

Return through the High Atlas Mountains

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Marrakech. Stop for photos at scenic viewpoints along the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Arrive in Marrakech by 6:00 PM.
