❓ FAQ

What is the difference between this 9-day tour and the 10-day version?

The 9-day tour focuses more on the desert experience and Marrakech, while the 10-day version adds a day trip to Essaouira on the Atlantic coast.

Can I add a day trip to Essaouira to this itinerary?

Yes! We can easily add a day trip to Essaouira by extending the tour to 10 days or by replacing one of the Marrakech days with the coastal visit.

What should I pack for the desert portion?

Warm clothes for desert nights (temperatures can drop to 5°C/41°F), comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, camera, small backpack for the camel trek, and a power bank.

How many days do we actually spend in the desert?

You’ll spend 2 nights in the desert: one night for the camel trek and sunset, and a second night for the 4×4 exploration and sunrise. This gives you a comprehensive desert experience.

What is the camel trek like?

The camel trek typically lasts about 1-2 hours and takes you to a high dune for sunset views. Each camel carries one person, and the ride is gentle and safe for all ages. You can also walk alongside if you prefer.

Is this tour suitable for families with children?

Yes! This tour is family-friendly. The desert camp experience is particularly enjoyable for children, and we can adjust the pace and activities for younger travelers.
